Hi. For only two days my back has been hurting me. It's not severe but it's gotten worse. It's the middle of my back that's hurting. Yesterday it was my spine that was hurting, now it's shifted to my whole middle back. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary. Yesterday and today i've gotten nauseated in spurts too. I don't know if i'm sick or have an actual back pain. I don't normally get back pains. Can anyone help me here? Should I wait it out for a few days and see what happens? Just taking it easy and resting? Take care, elizabeth
