I said that magnesium might help
depression. That might not be true.
I stopped taking magnesium supplements and
I did feel more depressed right after I
stopped taking it, but then I felt better.
After taking it for half a year I don't
think magnesium made me feel better. At
the time I thought it made me feel
better.
I also said that exercise made me more
depressed, but that might not be true.
There where times when I thought about
suicide when I walking, but now I walk and
run almost everyday and I think it's
making me feel better. It gives me
something to do when i’m bored. When
i’m bored I get more depressed. I did
come up with a crazy idea on how do kill
myself on a walk, but it didn't work.
I also said somewhere, probably at another
forum that provigil didn't help give me
more energy, but that might not be true.
Before I started taking provigil. I
would take a nap after work, but after
being on it for a year. I started
running and also going for long walks or
bicycling after work. I didn't mean to
lie. It probably took a while for
provigil to work.
Probably the most unbelievable thing I
said was actually true. I did not lie
about taking 1000mg of valium in two days
and the only side effect I got was blurred
vision, but I didn't count each pill the
first day. I know for sure that I took
400mg of valium at once the second day.
Also I said that I couldn't sleep after
taking a months supply of trazadone.
That is true. I slept for only 4 hours
and I tried to fall asleep, but I
couldn't.
