No, it's not pirate-talk. It's my way of yelling at you.

Quit selling your internet crap here! This isn't an internet prostitute (i mean ware) house!!

all the products he is promoting promote good health. Perhaps you should investigate for yourself prior to passing judgement. Are you a moderator? Are you an individual who is going to lose money on account of him promoting nutritional products?

Why don't you grow up and face your own issues. I've been on this site for a half an hour and have found you to be a most negative and cynical individual by your various posts. And furthermore consider you a cancer to my own personal recovery.

Your views about how you feel deep down about yourself are not askewed. At this point they are a basis of fact.

Utilize this board for what it is intended for....That being wellness

i have had a lot of success combating mood swings and mild depression by taking 5-htp. Actually my doctor recommended 5-htp during my last physical and I have been taking it with a lot of success so far. I had been using st. John's wart, previously to ward off bouts of mild depression but my doctor said that some new studies indicated that st. John's wart does not really work.

Anyway, I recommend that anyone suffering from depression or mood swings try 5-htp. Here are my two favorite brands- you can get them at most any health store.

excellent suggestion on the 5-htp my friend. I have recently become a firm believer in boosting ones own natural neurotransmitters as opposed to going the pharmacological way with ssri's and mao inhibiters. The latter two only mask the symptoms by blocking reuptake. Also it fools the brain into thinking there is to much serotonin so once off the ssri's and mao's the brain crashes do to lack of serotonin production.

I'm all for increasing natural production with 5-htp.

Thanks for the thread. :)

If you've only been on here half an hour, who is to say that you're not "drknow2" under a different name? With those kinds of things you can't be sure of what you're getting. For all you know it's half cocaine and half pixie stick.

What makes you think i'm cynical and negative by my posts? I frequent the pregnancy boards. Nothing really negative about that. If you think i'm cynical on the message board, then you should meet me in person. Who says being cynical is a bad thing? It just makes me more interesting than you.

Maybe I didn't understand you right. Or maybe you just don't have a decent grasp of the english language, but to me if my feelings of what I am deep down aren't askewed, then that's a good thing. I know who I am and I am not questioning that right now. Nothing about that sounds wrong to me. Anybody else?

I don't have to be a moderator or someone who will personally lose money from this dude, for me to voice my opinion. I didn't attack him, personally so why did you?
