Q: Overtraining And Workout Help

Ok, i'm 17 years old and I just sort of started working out in the summer. I've been working out my abs for over a year though, i've done 100 reps every night for every day without fail. I'm quite limited in what I have to work out with, but I have the basics. I have a dumbell, and a bar. I'm quite new to working out, so please excuse my lack of knowledge on the subject. First off, I would just like to explain my workout, which is performed every night of the week:
-lower back stretches and strengthening excersises (i injured my back muscles once and i've slowly been recovering through these back excersises.)

-abdominal workout (100 reps)
-bench press (dont have a bench, only the bar. So I lie on the ground and press 2 sets of 30 reps of 70 pounds lol dont laugh.)
-curls: 20 pounds (i don't know if this is good or not, but I do 20 in my right arm, 20 in my left arm, 10 in my right arm, 10 in my left arm, etc until I get to five in each. After doing the set for one arm, I continue to curl until the arm is completely tired, then I switch arms.)

is this too much for an everyday workout? Or should I not even be working out everyday? It takes me around 30 minutes or so to do everything, so its not a very intense workout. I've noticed a huge improvement in my biceps and abs. But i'm wondering if i'm overtraining? Is there something else I should be doing to help my body to continue to grow more muscle? Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Even if you'd change my entire workout schedule, please comment. Thanks,
paul miller

Na..
Not really I dont think so I wish I could bench press...Anyways I do

about 150-200 crunchers everyday

50 leg raises

around 75 pushups (in like 3 or 2 sets)

20 pound dumbells 15 on each arm then move sideaways working oblique

sometimes I do 10 or 15 reps of the abwheel (it's really hard)

i got wrist grips but that don't really count but I can hold them up to a minute !!! .....

Dats it and that's not overtraning

edit: pushup work my triceps, at least a little

edit: i'm 16
