I really don't know if I have to urge to purge anymore I have gained lots of weight though I meani feel groose. I can't stand feeling like this either. I have decided that I am gonna try to go running . I use to go with my sister but she moved away. I have been exercising at night. I don't wanna ourge but I don't wanna have everything in my stomach that I eat. I don't just eat I like inhale food one but gets me so ddicted to everything. If I have a bite of that I have to eat that to and this and that it is really insane but I can't help it. Lately I haven't really had an appetite though I don't really know if I want one either.

Lonely angel- exercising is a really good idea it tends to make us feel better my one advice is don't over do it like don't going running and totally burn yourself out by doing too much it is really better to take it really sloww and I mean really slow like start walking 10mins and then running 7 and then walking 5. I am here if you need to talk. Yesterday was really weird for me I made a big mistake I wasn't wanting to purge nor was I planning ti but I wen to get some soup before class becaus ei had a test and I wanted to eat before hand but they didn't have any soup so instead I bought a cookie and then I ate it and suddenly was like I wish I hadn't eaten that so I went and threw up. It sucks when u feelo so gross and u knwo u can't keep feeling that way but somehow every once and awhile u can find a place with your eating that u r happy then it slips away but then maybe u can find it again even if only for half a day.

hi my name is louisa i want to lose weight but i just cant seem to lose it i had my daughter 7 years ago todayi have also had three other children before my daughter ive tried diets but i just cant seem to lose the weightiam not too sure what exercise too do either iweigh 15 stone can you help?

Hey Louisa, The best type of exercise for you to do is one that gets your heart rate up nice and high and keeps it there. If you want to get into exercise then start walking twice a week and in between your walk do a 2 min jog every now and again, Once yor use to that start jogging with short sprints. Your other Option is Circuit Training which you could do in your own house. Pick 8-10 exercises for example, Jog on the spot for 1min rest for 20seconds, then jumping jacks for 1min rest for 20sec, Sit ups for 1min. Push ups, Skipping rope ect The trick is not to stop, Keep pushing yourself through. If you stick to a fitness plan And Eat right it will help you.
