For several months i've been having a burning pain and slight movement under my right breast, right at my upper ribs. It starts to burn or tingle after sitting for long periods and the movement (like something is under my skin) only occurs when I stand up or stretch. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm a 33 year old female and approx. 30 lbs. Overweight but other than that very healthy.

I had similar symptoms 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my son but I just assumed it was him pushing up into my ribs after the first trimester.
