46 yr old male.I just got out of the er at a hospital for constant stomach pain that's been on and off for years. But finally got to a point I was vomiting traces of blood.(nausea, vomiting, burning, bloating, cramping,etc.). Had cat scan, colonoscopy /endoscopy performed. Crohns, appendix, gall bladder, ulcerative coilitis, ulcers, kidney, liver diseases, stones all ruled out by a gastroenterologist(?) doctor. For this issue, I was prescribed protonix for acid reflux and librax for the stomach distress, and phenegan for nausea. Am also on paxil for depression, ambien for sleep, nasal sprays(allergies), creams for skin conditions and told to go on mostly an all protein diet and cut out carbs. I had been taking every otc up until this point, phazyme, maalox, immodium, etc. Have diarrhea probably 2-3 times a week. Always have gas. I would like an opinion on his findings/prescriptions and how I can actually get to the root of my problems. I have headaches, sinus allergies, skin problems(eczema/psoriasis), fatigue, insomnia, and now major depression because of this ongoing stomach issue for years, but I don't know where to start. Tired of taking all these drugs, sprays and creams for all my problems.Where should I start?South beach diet as doc suggested, or herbs, enzymes, acidopholis, colon cleansing??? Too many products on net to know what to do!!Please help!!

You made a lot of diagnostic procedures but I don't see that you have made Copro-culture for confirming or excluding intestinal infection. You may also need some tests for confirming/excluding celiac disease and lactose intolerance.
Have you made any tests to exclude those diseases?
If everything appears OK (no organic issue) the remain reason for your diarrhea could be irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Mental issues like depression can also cause IBS.
Acid reflux could be the reason for nausea and vomiting.
Sleeping disorder could be due to depression.
Headache can be due to depression but also to the chronic sinusitis.
