Q: Sign of Pregnancy? Help!

Hello ladies...Recently I had some bad kidney pain. I went to the doctors and he told me I have blood in my urine so i'm going for an ultra sound on friday.
Thing is I was supposed to be on my period and all i've been getting it spotting, very dark and dry. The 2nd day of my period is always the heaviest, and that day I had no blood at all. I've been feeling tired and having some acid reflux? Anyone ever have these symptoms??? Please help.. Thanks.
