Q: I Need Help Losing Weight!!

Ok everyone....Ive only had a weight problem for 2 years now. I went from 165 in 2003 to 285 now. I have not changed any eating/diet habits. I still excersise and cannot lose weight. But I cant afford to go to the dr either. Any ideas/suggestions??

I dont know are u like how tall are you and do u have muscle mass or is that all fat weight?

Probably totally lay off the fry foods and try jogging of course if it is cold out you got an excuse but when the summer comes go jogging to the park now that will get you tired (unlike walking) and will make you lose fat. Leaving junk food sucks I know but if you are really desperate I guess it's the only option (junk food is anything fried) I guess
