I have been on anti depressants for close to 9 years. I had to come off completley for a week and went through horrible withdraws. I am currently on 20mg of lexapro and I wish to taper off. Does anyone know the right way to this or what worked best for them? I need to hear from people who have succesfully beat this horrid addiction to this/these antidepresants..
