Wellbutrin Xl And Insomnia

Wellbutrin comes in several different forms. Xl lasts 24 hours. You may want to try wellbutrin sr which lasts 12 hours. So I would take it in the morning only. There is also a short acting formulation which is known as original wellbutrin. You should experiment with different dosages and schedules. Good luck.

Melatonin

Sometimes at night when I try to fall asleep, I find that I have too much energy resulting in an overactive mind. This energy forces my mind to fully stay awake and then I lie awake for hours and cant fall asleep.

I found this natural supplement at a health food store called melatonin.
It says to take one capsule but I have been taking about three.

Most of the time, I take 3 caps and it takes about half an hour to fall asleep. I dont think it has any side effects such as pharmaceutical sleeping pills have.

Do some research on your own but I have found melatonin to be useful and non-addicting.

Also, try doing some exercies at bedtime which will get you tired and you might fall asleep this way.
