:( I have a dull pain above the belly button on the right side of my stomach. The pain is not general, it's just in one spot. It usually comes after I have eaten. I don't have heartburn, vomiting or nausea. Last night I had a fever of 100.3, fatigue, malaise, urinating like crazy and the abdominal pain (the pain is between a 2 and a 4 on a scale of 1-10) before I have a bowel movement, I get cramps. After a night's rest it goes away but as I move around and eat in the daytime it comes back. Please respond...Need help.
