Q: Pregnant?

Hi I was just wondering if anyone else had leg cramps in early pregnancy? I read on a site that the uterus can compress arteries in your legs, but it didn't say anything about it causing leg cramps. I would also think that this would happen later in pregnancy but since I am unsure I thought I would see if anyone else with more experiance had experianced this. Thanks everyone!

I did, this pregnancy really early--but have now subsided. 16.3 weeks now.

Like how early? My last period was kinda short and light so I took a test but it said neg. So I was waiting to see if my next period came before taking another. Thanks for the reply.

I had leg cramps during my pregnancy but it was around 5 or 6 months. They were so bad they would wake me up at night. I couldnt straighten my leg and my foot and toes would go all funny and all I could do was scream while my husband rubbed it out. It always happened when I stretched my legs the wrong way.

Yes, most pregnant women have them towards the end of the pregnancy. But I did have them early in this pregnancy also.

I was pregnant recently (miscarriage) and I had leg cramps. They were'nt that bad but still something that I noticed......I found that a heating pad helped alot!
