I am 27 years old and had silicone implants as a very niave and stupid 19 year old with the encouragemnt of my then boyfriend.

I have a new boyfriend who is teaching me to love myself as I am and frankly I want these lumps of c**p out of my body.

Can anyone here suggest a good surgeon or have any stories of breast implant removal and what I should expect them to look like?

I'm presuming they wont exactly look fantastic but at least they wont look and feel like lumps of plasticine on my chest anymore.
