Unknown Symptons(only For Experts..others Please Stay Away) Posted: 10-18-05 09:40am
Alrite I never consulted a doctor on
this..Lets just say feel really
insecure..I am too scared to go to the
doctor for this...I am 18...And am having
this problem from 2 years now...The
symptoms are as follows:-
1.When I have an orgasm...1 out of 5
times..I get a burning sensation rite on
the tip of the pennis..It lasts for real
long..
2.This may sound disgusting but..When I
roll the skin on my pennis back(dunno
exact terms please bear with me)..There
are wounds...Yeah...I was shocked when I
came to no this the first time I saw
it...These look much like the wounds u get
on ur hand..When the scalp comes...
In exact words..It just looks like some
one has poured brown salt when I moved my
skin back...It dnst hurt,..But I cant feel
it..Its there...
I really want to no wats wrong...And yes I
no I shld go to the doctor..So I dunt
think that advice will help..Any of u have
any idea where this leads...
Its been 2 years...So it dsnt have to be
something serious..Cuz else I wuldnt be
posting here rite...
It took me a lot to post this here..So
those whu think I am a retard..Please keep
ur thoughts to ur self..Cuz I am in a real
depressing state...

Ok well there are two possibilities.
I've had both conditions so i'll tell ya.
First you gotta wash your caca often if
your not circumsized most of the time caca
like this happens because you dont wash
enough. Now:
possibility #1: candida albicans aka yeast
infection yes it can happen to males.
These however usually look like redish
spots almost like little pimpls.
Possibility #2: what you describe sounds
more like a bacterial infection. I had
one from e.Coli and enterococcus and it
looked exactly like having wounds on your
penis.
In either case your going to have to see a
doctor cause the medicines just aren't
over the counter.
More info would also help are you sexually
active? If not it becomes even more
likeley it's bacteria rather than male
yeast infection.

The pain in the tip of your penis, as you
are describing, is most likely a nerve
problem (nerve damage). There are a
number of guys that get this problem over
time, often from an accident or injury of
some sort that affected their penis.
