I know where I use to live they had free clinics where it didn't matter your age you didn't have to have parental consent. Do you have planned parenthood? If so I would try there.

There are a lot of places you can go without you're family knowing. They are usually called "family planning" or "family clinic" something on those lines. Its very confidential, and the nurses will even ask you if you dont want ur parents to know, and they will also make you sign a paper saying you can sue them or what not if they do tell!

So you can look up on the internet or the phone book for on near you. It's really not that hard to do.
