Q: Switching Bc/pregnancy

I was on the patch (ortho evra) for about 4 months, and I decided to switch to the pill (alesse). After I took my patch off, I was on no birth control for a week- until I started taking the pill. If I had sex during that week, is it likely that I could be pregnant?
