Q: Early Signs of Pregnancy

Well we've been trying to conceive for the last couple of months. The first month was a bummer but this last month we were only able to try once cause of being sick with a cold and just being a busy month.
Well if I planned right I ovulated on the 10th and we did the deed on the 8th. I have one more week til my period is due but i've been having symptoms that I usually don't have. First of all my nipples are so sore. The wind blows the wrong way and they hurt. I don't usually experience soreness in the breast when its time for my period. Also, i've been really tired. Could it be! :d well I guess i'll have to just hold out another week. My period is due on the 24th of this month. What are some other early signs of pregnancy. If I don't get my period when is the earliest that I should test. Any advice or suggestions would be appriciated
thanks

How exciting!! It very well could be! Other symptoms are nausea, sensitivity to smells, cravings, spotting and light cramping. Keep us posted! I would test one to two days after you have missed your period. If you get a - and still no period wait a week then test again. If still - call doc. But I don't think you will have to worry!! Gl!
