Q: Breast Pimples?

For about the past six months I have had these pimple like bumps on my areolas that seem to be filled with some kind of puss or fat. What are they? I haven't seen the doctor, I just thought that they would go away but theyre not. Please help, its very strange and since the first showed up, i've felt like they're multiplying.
