Q: Ortho Tri Cyclene Lo Question

I recently started taking ortho tri cyclene lo and sometimes get migranes. I took the last blue pill in my pack at 8pm last night and then got sick from a migrane around 8:45pm. Will my pill still be effective? Should I treat it like a missed pill? What should I do?

I am not 100% sure, but I believe if the pill is in you for half an hour you are fine.

Im not sure about ur bc but im on alesse and it says it must be in your system for two hours prior to getting sick you you should take a replacement pill... I cant see how it might be different. Id call your doctor or someone asap tho, cause you dont really want to take chances with such things

Hi there,
i am on ortho tri-cyclen lo, and I get terrible terrible headaches and very often. My doctor said for the first few months of taking it you will experience headaches so I shouldn't be alarmed that it could be something else. I also heard that taking ortho tri can help with headaches...So I guess its just a mystery.
