Hello I am 19 yrs old and have been dignosed with hbp it usually remains at normal level in morning and as day progresses it shoots to 140-160 / 90-100 level and also strangely whenever mu bp is high I feel quiet energetic and active as opposed to normal levels I am perfectly healthy on advice of doctor I got some tests done whose report I am posting can anyone help.

I think you should change your diet-i cut out caffeine and my heart rate went from 103 to 79. I would cut sodium but first go to a doctor. Just keep records of your blood pressure and bring it in to the doctor. Also sugar with caffeine could be bringing up your blood pressure. I would suggest walking/jogging. Good luck
