Me too- im 27 had a miscariage and am trying. Im not sure if you want to know how to "test" it like with a kit- im not sure about that but I know that its best when it has an egg white consistancy.
Hope that helps some

You check for cm by inserting a clean finger into your cervix. When the cm is abundant and of a stretchy egg-white consistancy, you are entering the fertile part of your cycle.

There is a great book for learning your fertile signs, charting and checking cm. Here is a link for it:

Urgent...
Thanks for the reply.

I want to check manually without a testing kit. So I read at a webpage and they said u could check it externally or internally. External checking is not good as there is no discharge. It also said that the internal checking is accurate but ur fingers must be clean to prevent an infection.

I want to know this.... If I sound stupid sorry but pls help...

The webpage said u should insert ur fingers into the vagina and feel for the cervix. Then take your fingers out and see the fluid whether it is dry, sticky, creamy, watery or egg-white....... Egg-white is the most fertile fluid and u r at ur most fertile time.

But I dunno if my fingers are reaching the cervix or not. How do I know if I have reached the cervix? Can someone who has does this type of testing reply........

Simply insert your finger. You'll feel the tip of your finger hit your cervix. Is there any fluid there? If so, what is the consistancy. Don't be afraid to move your finger around the area.

Can Some Body Encourage Me
I have been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome(i can not ovulate). I am on the pill to help regulate my period but lately my breast have been very tender and they are growing very rapidly and getting heavy. Could the pill have made its possible or its the pill thats causing it. What do you think

Many women gain 5-10 pounds when they start birth control. Possibly you are gaining some of it in your breasts. Also the pill "tricks" your body into thinking you are pregnant, so that you cannot get pregnant, and so that would make sense that your breasts have gotten larger.

Okay I Have 2 More Questions
Do yout think that its possible that i'll ever have a chance at getting pregnant with polycystic ovarian syndrome?

Also I have been seeing a few bumps on my right breast that wasn't there a few days ago?

What do you think?
