I am in my middle twenties and the only orgasim i've ever had was when someone plays with my clitoris or I do it myself. I have never had an actual orgasim from sexual intercourse. Maybe that has something to do with my vaginal dryness? How do I have one? Crying or Very sad

Well it depends. For some women its easy and some its not. You have to have a clear mind and the right emotion.
Now when your mind is elsewhere and your stressing, of course you wont get one. I notice that too. So what you need to do is really be in the mood and be focused. Dont think too much, go with the flow and be into it. You have to want it for it to come. Its the way you will expierence it best. Sometimes for women, being on top is the best, have him be still and do your own rythym until you can feel it coming. And then let him try his way. Its the way to satisfy each other. Try different positions not old ones. Sometimes lying on the floor you can feel it or on the bed and lean up a little bit, meaning lift up your bottom a bit for him to reach your soft spots. But remember let your mind go, no stress, no worries, no thoughts at all. Just be into it. Work with your husband on it.

actually, your vaginal dryness might be why you have not had an orgasm during intercourse. Nikki_caro is right on the money. It took me months with my guy to have my first orgasm. I was really into it and afraid of getting caught b/c we were at his moms house. I was laying on a air mattress and he was on top. Just as I started to slide backward off the mattress, I tried to sit up and there it went! My first "o"! If you are comfortable with it, you can stimulate yourself while having intercourse.
You may want to try a oil like ky jelly to lubricate yourself.

Hope this helped- and wasnt too graphic!

Foreplay foreplay foreplay!!! If you have a problem with dryness, I wouldn't choose ky gelly as my first choice... It's a little too sticky. What is really good is astroglide! Good luck and have fun girls!!!!

Naughty Girl
Girl I had the same problem in the past, but i couldn't agree more with nikki-caro. Come into your own groove, leave all your stress and worries behind and focus the enjoyment. I promise in time it will come.
