Some causes of night sweats can include: menopause, andropause, hiv, tuberculosis, diabetes, sleep apnea, alcohol, some drugs (including prescription durgs), spicy foods.

Treatment.

With the assistance of your doctor, determine the cause of the night sweats. Change your lifestyle: avoid alcohol, spicy foods and have a talk with your doctor regarding any medication you are currently taking. Keep your bedroom cool. Take a cool shower before bed. A sleep study may be required if you suffer any other symptoms.

Please see your doctor.
