Hi the only thing I could think it could be is possible a blocked milk duct or whatever u call it but dont take my word on that as 4 your other q when I had my son I found it difficult to nurse so I had to stop after a few days but abou a week later my proper milk come and I had it I think a few weeks or so before it dried up if I was u I would go c the doctor especially if it really hurts .Well hopei was of some help and u get it sorted
