Q: Strep Throat - Uti? What Else? Help

I have had a sore throat for about a week now. I have not gone to the doctor to check if it is strep.
Then yesterday morning, I got worse. I had difficult breathing, and I felt really hot.
I thought I was doing better earlier today, but then I got abrupt severe pains in my right kidney area. It has not gone away, and my throat still feels horrible. I have difficulty breathing, and talking. I have a little bit of a fever; 100.5.
I was thinking uti, but I do not have any discomfort, or coloring in my urine.
I was also thinking it might be a kidney infection, or possibly even glomerulonephritis?
I really have no clue, and there's no way I can see a doctor at this time, as I have no medical insurance, and we are on a very tight budget.
I was just wondering if maybe I figured out what it was, then I could go in and get help.
If any of you could help, I would appreciate it. If you want any more information aswell, let me know.
