Is it normal for bipolar to cause people to have affairs, and constantly lie about everything going on around her

Yes, in some people with bipolar disorder that can happen. But I haven't done it. Having an affair and lie could mean she in a mania episode. Best thing to do is to watch her,and see how she acts.
