Is it normal for bipolar to cause people to have affairs, and constantly lie about everything going on around her

Yes And No Sir.

Yes, in some people with bipolar disorder that can happen. But I haven't done it. Having an affair and lie could mean she in a mania episode.
Best thing to do is to watch her,and see how she acts.
