Hi ive a problem that I keep breaking wind, I feel wind building inside my stomach and cant control it and when I do break wind its a lot of the time silent but they are the most revolting smell ive ever smelt, its imbaressing because when im out in clubs or playing football ive to leave the group the smell is so bad, also belching is bad I would belch on my own but it happens with out even drinking or eating if anyone can help let me know, or products to clear this up thanks
