Q: Possible Ectopic Pregnancy?

I am a 25 year old with history of hypothyroidism ( which is well controlled ). Lmp 8/30/05 - Dr. Was unable to locate sac and poole at 5 wk gestation, however my right ovary was enlarged. Hcg levels 10000, 48 hours later went to 17000. I am not experiencing any severe pain other than some minor low back pain on the right side. Could I be having an ectopic pregnancy or am I just not as far along as thought? I appreciate any information you can give me. Thanks
