Rising estrogen levels can trigger headaches. When was your last period and when did you have sex? Are you not on birth control and using condoms if you're having sex. Condoms are a must.... You have to protect yourself against hiv, herpes etc. Here's the stats.... 1 in 5 girls between 15-24 have chlamydia, 1in 4 sexually active people have herpes and girls 15-24 are the fastest growing hiv positive group in north america, and that is through heterosexual contact....Not iv drug use...Please be careful and good luck.

When I was 15 years old I started to have abnormal periods. I didn't always get my period at the same time. Sometimes I had it early and sometimes late, sometimes even twice in the same month, but it became regular afterwards. As for the headaches... I also suffered from bad headaches from about 15-17 years of age.

Maybe you should try taking it easy and getting plenty of rest. I know that's what helped me through mine.
