Rising estrogen levels can trigger headaches. When was your last period and when did you have sex? Are you not on birth control and using condoms if you're having sex. Condoms are a must.... When I was 15 years old I started to have abnormal periods. I didn't always get my period at the same time. Sometimes I had it early and sometimes late, sometimes even twice in the same month, but it became regular afterwards. As for the headaches... I also suffered from bad headaches from about 15-17 years of age.

Maybe you should try taking it easy and getting plenty of rest. I know that's what helped me through mine.
