I'm too ashamed to tell you my real name, but it doesn't make a difference anyway. I just want to know if someone also has a chronic halitosis (bad breath) problem and what I really can do about it. I've tried a few products during this year, bot nothing seems to alleviate the problem. I know some people are very lucky and have a 'sweet breath', but that's not the case for most of them. So just reply if you feel like.

Btw. Has anyone already tried this so-called miracle product "therabreath" or "listerine" or even "profresh".

I'd like to know more about it,

thx.

If you have visited your dentist and he can't find periodontal disease in your gums, chances are it could be your diet.

Try changing your diet to eating more greens and fruits and go to the health food store and ask for acidophilus. Take that 3 times a day. Vitamin c is another great inexpensive anti-oxidant that wouldn't hurt to take 3000mg per day

over time your condition will get better.

Try licking your wrist, leave it for 3-5 seconds to dry then smell it.

For you I think you might be having a build up, most bad breath comes from the tounge (about 80%)

you could try a tounge scraper. Or a spoon.

and brush twice a day, also not just your teeth maybe your tougne too, I also reccomend the colgate 360 toothbrush, it'll help your bad breath too.

Try also them portable breath sprays.

Also remember a lot of people fear this also.

Sorry you have to go through bb. Im 22 and has had bb since I was about in the 3rd grade. As far as im concerned I have not found a cure for mine. Ive tried therabreath and it didnt work for me. In fact it made my breath worse. The licking the wrist dont work either I dont know why ppl keep saying that. The tongue scraper does not help with bb. It takes the white coating off the tongue and thats it. As for the diet thing I tried that it didnt help me. It helped me lose weight and thats it. Im skinny as it is and didnt need to lose weight. But I have found that dairy and red meat makes my bb worst. This is just from my personal experience.

Have you tried the retardex range?

I have always had problems with my breath and I find that brushing my teeth with retardex toothpaste and rinsing with retardex mouth wash really helps. Using it in the morning keeps my breath fresh all day and if i'm going out at night i'll bring retardex mouth spray just to be on the safe side.

good luck!
