Don't get mad at me, but I would get off the street drugs what type of drugs are you doing.. I wouldn't be able to say schizophrenia, or bipolar with out knowing your symptoms tell the forum how your mood is etc etc. Your suicidal thoughts/idealtion could just be from your depression.
We all get paraniod every now and then how paranoid do you get?

I get wierd moods like 1 minute im happy like ova the top happy the nxt im as low as could be and get extreamly suicidal and end up doing stupid things. Il get angry for no reason or just for sum1 tlkin 2 me and when I start drinking il drink like its the last day of my life and ive been smokeing cannibiss for years and this last year have been spending all my money on booze and drugs. Im paranoid all the time bout every1 against me like my parents,friends,people at work,police and doctors like their all trying 2 kill me or r all against me and now my selfharming has gotten alot worse with needing stitches and my mum suffers from bipolar disorder and by dad has smoked alot of cannibis in the past and is a heavy drinker plus I have had bad experiances in the past could any of this be related as I know theirs def sumthing wrong wiv the way my mind is thinking I feel ill all the time basically and has nearly driven me insane

to me it sounds like you could be bipolar with pychosis,.
When your depressed how does it feel, what is depression like for you.
When your up how does that make you feel?
I would go to your doctor and talk to him about it.
Have you ever taken a antidepressant for depression then with in a week or two you feel really up.. With lots of engry couldn't sleep, mind racing,
irrible and almost snappy at people? Has there ever been a time when you didn't need to sleep,and feel like superman and on top of the world.

My stepsister has epilepsy. When I get deppreased I get wierd thoughts of every1 against me and stuff and I find it hard 2 breathe in crowded spaces as I get really paranoid that people r looking at me or tlking about me or can read wot im thinking and I get extreamly suicidal and ither start hurting myself or start drinking and smokeing cannibiss and have alot of wierd thoughts about my death like thats wot ive been put on this earth for 2 kill myself or sum strange thing like that or that every1 wants me dead. Then when im happy I feel on top of the world like a god that no1 can touch and that I can do wot I want. My slleping patterns r always messed up I hardly sleep or can suddenly go for days without sleep and feel in my own world im constantly tired but seem 2 get energy from outta no where and my eating habits r the same as I can go for days without eating and it doesnt bother me then just suddenly eat loads and neva seem 2 gain any weight its like I control my weight il eat 2 gain weight then not eat for days 2 loose any I might have got. Dunno wot else 2 say really just that im goin 2 see my doc 2moro but im worried hed just say its deppreasion again as its gotten 2 the point of me snapping as I could litterly selfharm now and not stop and have been haveing alot of thoughts of overdoseing again for the past week if he doesnt help do u know any1 else who could thanxs

You sound bipolar to me man... Also sound like you have some soical anixiety(sp?) but i'm no doctor so I can't diagnose you. But my guess is you're possible bipolar and have some type of anixety(sp?) disorder.

Yer ive been told by a counsiler I have social anxiety and lowself esteem and my doc has said its just deppreasion in the past but I know its more as ive got the symptoms of bipolar and have had it for years wiv wierd beliefs and thoughts so dunno il see my doc monday thanks for ur help at least im slowly getting closer 2 finding out wots wrong wiv me
