I am a 43 year old mother of 3 (all married) happily married still after 26 years. But I have been told by my Dr. That I have artheritis located in my spin, shoulder and arms.I hurt all the time.I can not lift my right arm above my shoulder, and I am having big big problems grabbing things.I am a grandmother of 5 and scared I will drop them some days so I won't pick them up.But my main concern is my job,,i am a maintenance person that requires me to do lifting and pushing of heavy objects, and I was wonndering if I should give my job up?
There are days where I can not stand the pain no longer and other days where I force myself to contine working.
If anyone out there can answer this I would deeply appreciate it.Befor I go further and approach my Dr.

Hi nanna

i don't believe you will have to give up your job or your grandchildren yet. I have helped thousands of people leave arthritic pain behind for good and more than a few of those people are over the age of 65 and now leading active pain free lifestyles.

I would start with diet it is the simplest and the most inexpensive thing you can change. You should see results within 5 - 30 days depending on how determined you are on success.

Arthritis Treatment
hi
Your activity level will depend on which joints are affected and the severity of your arthritis. a gentle exercise program could improve your arthritis. Be sure to include stretching and muscle strengthening in your exercise program.

Treatment of arthritis depends on the particular cause, which joints are affected, severity, and how the condition affects your daily activities. The good news is that there are now many medications available for arthritis. Most are relatively safe and well tolerated
