Q: Strange Sensation Around Heart Area

Sorry for posting a question after only joining, but I am a bit concerned.

Since about the start of the summer I have had a strange sensation around the heart area. It is not like a pain, merely like a tiny bit of pressure on my heart. It comes and goes, but it wasnt there before the start of the summer.

I dont have any stress and am quite relaxed most of the time. I play a bit of sport but I do spend quite a bit of time on the computer.

It feels as if someone is touching your heart with their finger gently, that is the best way I can describe it.

Thank you for any help, I thought this condition may go away but it does not seem like it.
