Kinda Gross But I Gotta Ask

This morning when I went to the bathroom I
noticed a lot of dark brown "snot like"
discharge when I wiped...I know it's
disgusting and I hate to even think about
it, but I cant get my doctor on the
phone.........Is this a normality in the
last week of pregnancy? Was that the
mucus plug? Should I go to the hospital??
I feel so funny asking about it but it
honestly freaked me straight out and ever
since I saw it ive been wondering what im
supposed to do...Any help????? :?

Sounds like your mucus plug. Did you have
sex, or an internal exam though on or
around that day, because that can
sometimes trigger the brownish discharge.
If not no worries, labor should be coming
soon :)

Could have beem mucus plug, never heard of
one coming out so bloody but it can have
blood to it. Like other writer says if
youve had a pelvic or had sex just
recently could have caused the blood. If
you start getting dark red blood you will
need to see dr right away. But im sure
you are fine.
Good luck with delivery
--mucus plug usually falls out around 2
weeks or less from delivery--but not
always. Mine always came out way sooner
than that or I carried even later than I
thought.(all my children were late--plugs
all came out month or more be4 delivery)

pelvic exam on you. This would be
excruiatly disgusting

Wow chaosbob that was rude. Seeing as
this is something totally normal in
pregnancy. I dont think that obgyn who
stare at vaginas all day, all sizes,
colors, and smells, is really going to
care. So that was rude and keep your
nasty comments to yourself :x

Yep...But if you have been on here for any
length of time you would know that
anything fat family gets wrote to
her...She deserves it.
She is nothing but a lying piece of caca.
Go read some of her posts, and look at
the personal pictures she posts, then
you'll inderstand where I am coming from.
It wasn't directed at the author of this

talking about??? I have tried my best to
keep my tongue but you have no idea how

I too have always found fatfamily to be
helpful and seems to know alot about the
topic's posted in here. Maybe you ladies
should sit back and take a little advise
from her, she seems to know what she's
talking about. You keep your post's
comming fatfamily not all of us in here
are as narrow minded as the above seem to
be.

thing I can't stand that's people who have
