Hi,

i know it might be painful but try and drink plenty of fluids to wash out the bacteria from your urinary system.

Take care

Cystitis is another name for a urinary tract infection. They are actually pretty common but, I know from experience, very painful!! Make sure you're drinking plenty of water, and cranberry juice is also supposed to help. You can even get cranberry pills if you don't like drinking the juice. And if the pain is really bugging you, uristat helps! Good luck! Hope you're feeling better soon!!

Cystitis Prevention
I used to get cystitis regularly, fully understand how painful it can be! Drinking water or cranberry juice every day helps to keep your system flushed. Another cause of cystitis is bacteria getting into your bladder from having sexual intercourse, so make sure you urinate (even if its just a drop) after intercourse.
