Lupus: Kidney And Heart Problems
Posted: 10-07-05 08:40am

Hi

i am new to this forum. I am happy to finally find person like myself I can relate to. I have recently been diagnosed with sle. I am experiencing problems with my kidneys as well as my heart. Lots of protein in the urine, I am constantly out of breath even after brief activities or walking short distances. I am tired even sitting for any period of time. I am told I should sleep at least 8 hours but I am not a very good sleeper so I am constantly tired. My body is pink all over including my eyelids. I have unexplained aches and pains all over my body which are usually brief. The bottom of my feet are constantly soar especially when I am walking after sitting for period of time. Does anyone else have these symptoms? Are they common to persons with lupus?
Thanks for your response.

I am unsure if I have lupus at this stage but I can relate to some of the pains you are having, in particular the soles of your feet, I had some cortizone injections recently which really helped, you might want to have a go, just my 2 cents
thanks for your response.
