I stopped taking the pill in the middle of may, after I had already had a period for that month. In two weeks I had another period, like at the beginning of june. I didn't have a period for june, july, or august!! Talk about panic!! But then it came at the beginning of september, like it would have if I had never been on the pill. I have since started another pill, and my period has been normal so far. So, it is probably normal for you to start your period a week early. The pill will really mess your system up when you stop taking it!

Yeah, i'm having the same thing happen, i'm had a normal cycle the month after I quit the pill, then 7 days after my first non-bc period ended I began to bleed again, just spotting at first, then really bled heavy for 2 days, and have been spotting for 3 days now.

I spotted some too for the 3 months I didn't have a period. It sucked really because I was so like stressed out where I wasn't having the period. That might be why it was delayed, but I don't know. I took pregnancy tests and they were negative. Also, before I started my period I had like a big white discharge! It was weird/nasty. I thought it was like a miscarriage or something, but it wasn't. It really messed me up bad when I went off of it.

I didn't notice any difference except that my cramps were back. But my period was right on time and just as it was before I took the pill.
