Hi i'm hoping someone has some insight who has used ortho lo. I just switched from orthy cyclen after 4 years to ortho tri-cyclen lo this month (started getting major breast pain and swelling each month right before my period.) i'm on the last week of active pills and I missed one recently but made up for it by taking two pills the next day. Now two days later I am having a brown discharge and spotting. Will this go away as I continue to take the remaining active pills or is this going to stay until I get my period (which isn't due for another 4 days.)?
