Q: Leg Aches & Leg Cramps

My father who is 73 yrs. Old has alot of leg aches and leg cramps. I was just wondering if anyone could give some suggestions on what to take naturaly that would help or stop this pain for him!!!! Thank you for any replies. I appreciate your responses

He may be low on potassium.......That will often give somone leg cramps...It would be a good idea for him to see his Dr. Also you want to be sure that there are no blood clots in his legs.

He takes potassium every day. Should he increase his dosage? His doctor sees no signs of blood clots. So didn't know what else if anything I could do for him! Thanks for the reply! Anymore suggestions

Hi,
you will need to check with his Dr. To see if he should increas his dose or not.
Having too much potassium can be as bad as too little.
Keep me informed.....
I hope he feels better soon.
