Q: Leg Aches & Leg Cramps

My father who is 73 yrs. Old has alot of leg aches and leg cramps. I was just wondering if anyone could give some suggestions on what to take naturaly that would help or stop this pain for him!!!! Thank you for any replies. I appreciate your responses

My Dr. Said getting a good intake of pottassium is good for the legs.

Backhome22 thanks for the info. Dad has been taking pottasimun for several years now. Maybe he needs to increase his dosage. Thanks
