I want to know what I can do for someone who was diagnose with raynaud's disease? I am learning medical massage in school. What techniques can I use, what books do I need to get hold of to research this? Where do I need to look for the information on raynaud's phenomenon? What studies have been done? Is there a support group for people with raynaud's phenomenon of any kind? Is there any nutrition guidelines, fitness guidelines etc? What kinds of herbal supplements can they take to help this disease or syndrome? Does primary raynaud's or raynaud's disease have anything to do with lupus, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis or atherosclerosis?

MARIJUANA
Marijuana helps keep the veins in ur hands dilated to help maintain blood flow. i think. Trust me i have this condition and i've found that while using cannabis the symptoms i have lesson. It really helps cuz im always concentrating on how my hands look and why they're so purple an all. Cannabis helps and u should consider it as a medication for ur condition.
