What techniques can I use, what books do I need to get hold of to research this? Where do I need to look for the information on raynaud's phenomenon? What studies have been done? Is there a support group for people with raynaud's phenomenon of any kind? Is there any nutrition guidelines, fitness guidelines etc? What kinds of herbal supplements can they take to help this disease or syndrome? Does primary raynaud's or raynaud's disease have anything to do with lupus, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis or atherosclerosis?
