Hi all. I was cleaning my ears with little q-tips and it felt really good, and I got a lot of junk out. Anyways, now when I chew food or put pressure on the right side of my mouse, my right ear hurts. Inside. What should I do? Its not like really painful just very very annoying. And im scared, because I only have 1 right ear.

Thanks.

I am having the same problem. When I burp, chew or do anything that causes pressure in the ear it hurts. I am also dizzy as well. The Dr. Told me to put these drops in my ear which I have been doing for 3 days and they seem to be making things worse!

Warm baby oil in a spoon sometimes helps, if it continues go see your doc. They generally tell you not to put anything smaller than you elbow in your ear because you are just pushing a lot of the gunk farther down inside, oil of cloves used to be good too. I am no dr but I remember a lot of home remedies that was used on us whe we were real young. Hydrogen peroxide works good on some people too.
Good luck!

I think i'll pass on the hydrogen peroxide as I have some bloody wax in my left ear (after my Dr. Scraped some wax out he caused bleeding) that I was putting the drops in to get out. That would probably make me scream bloody homicide lol! I was told to try baby oil too. I have been using drops called cerumol ear wax remover. Everytime I try and use a q-tip in my ear it hurts like crazy! I did get a little bit of wax out but not much.
Thanks for the tips sandyallen

Remedies
I have tried the Hydrogen Peroxide, my mom used it a lot when i was young, it works for general cleaning, but with this problem I'm more than willing to bet its going to have to be taken care of by a doctor. I'm having the same problem but no one is the same, mine only hurst when I burp; for now. Confused

Hey
give people some time to answer. you have to be patient:) hydrogen peroxide does work great and it would help stop any infection that would be there

do you think that its actually your ear or is it your jaw that hurts
