I am 14, circumsized, not sexually active, male

sometimes I get a wrimkly shiny spot on my penis that goes away in about a day. This has happened since the summer. Recently I noticed alot of bumps in a line on the inside of my left cheek. My doctor told me it was just agravated and that I should use mouthwash so I did and it seems to be clearing up. Also lately I have been getting sore throats and knucles. And I just noticed a dime sized blister on my baby toe (painful)

are any of these related? Do I have something? An I just paranoid?
I need to know

Maybe, maybe not. You have already taken advantage of the best advice anyone can give you; going to see your doctor (something some guys are not willing to do!).
