Other Than Gallstones....

What other problems have the same or similar symptons ??

Ive had,

pretty constant feeling of nausea all day
vomitting clear liquid and bile (normally mornings)
diareha (mornings)along with constipation (normally night time)
sharp stabbing pains below belly button
sharp pains down my right side, varying pains during the day and depending on food types
sometimes 10-30 mins after eating and the side pains I really have to goto the toilet sharpish
lots of stomach grumbling like when your hungry
sometimes these grumbles happen down my left hand side but rarely.

All this has lasted for maybe 3 months now, I had an endescope which showed some inflamation but not much else, blood tests were clear, h.Pylori is not present.

Im lined up for an ultrasound scan within the next 2 months hopefully but if that comes back clear what else should I start looking at ?

My last visit to the doctor wasnt good, he said we may never know whats causing it !!! It didnt give me much confidence at all.
