Is it possible for a 9 year old girl to contract ovarian cancer? My ex-girlfriend told me her daughter had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer in order to avoid her financial obligations to me, and I need to know if she was telling me the truth or not. I am just researching because I am preparing to make a case against her to try and set the record straight and recover a substancial amount of money.

Well I know the er xray tech told me yesterday when I went back for my ruptured cyst you can start getting cyst as soon as you have your first period. I am only 18 I thought I was to young to have a cyst it can be genetic as well. Its possible if she had already started her period.
