Well I am not a health provider but I have done alot of research lately because the same thing happened to me this past weekend. I am 6 weeks pergnant and I started spotting very lightly but no cramps. Sex can make you start bleeding its posted everywhere on the net about that. You should contact your doctor to make sure everything is ok, I did and im fine no more bleeding :) I wish you the best :) how far along are you??

I understand that you just need to really slow your life down. Take one day at a time, forget the housework, lifting or even nookie.....And make sure that you keep contacting your doctor if you have any concerns. Stress is also a "thing" you should keep to a minimum and that includes worrying about things.
