I get pains in my testicles all the time, too. Not sure what you are really referring to. Maybe if you were more specific about when these pains occur, others would be able to assist.

It's not uncommon for guys to get a little bit of pain in the testicles on occasion. It usually happens when they get flipped around or reversed or something like that. The only thing to worry about is if the pain continues for an extended period of time, in which case you should most definitley seek a doctor.
