I have been taking this for two years now. Have noticed the past few months a very "bloated" feeling and some stomach pain. I have always taken it as directed--a full glass of water on an empty stomach. It worried me in the beginning--all the adverse reactions which they have on their literature--but decided to try it to prevent bone loss. Having just checked with my doctor (my normal g.P.) he said he has heard of some of these side affects. I will also consult with my gynocologist about this problem. I'm 70 yars old and never had any stomach problems, eat everything, and have good health habits. This bloating is most uncomfortable. Any one else with these problems???
