For the last three days I have been experiencing a blunt pain in my lower abdomen, which has now reached my lower back. I am 28 years old and have never experienced this before. Last night was the worst. I could not get comfortable because laying down seemed to put more pressure on the pain. Do you have any ideas of what this could be?

I had that happen to me one time and it ended up that my kidneys were infected. The only thing though is that I got really sick besides just the back pain. I ran a horribly high fever and had chills. And my back was excruciating - I never could get comfortable no matter what position I was in.
